Thinking of booking here and looking at Jr Suite #436 and #526. Anybody know anything about either of these ocean views? Does it get loud at the bar and make #436 not a very nice room due to that or is it a quiet property and not really a big deal at all? Anybody have experoence with either of these rooms?

I am almost sure we've been in both of these rooms.
YES! it gets ridiculously loud at the bar, sometimes ( when we stayed there a few years ago) into the early morning hours. The room itself is very nice, but I can't recommend it unless they've changed the bar's closing hours.
If #526 is an upper-floor jr. suite with a pool/ocean view, we've also stayed there. Lovely room, very little noise, and we would happily stay in it again.
The property itself used to get rowdy at times. There's a vibrant party scene that sometimes- at least when we last visited four years ago- gets a little crazy around the pool at night. I don't know whether that's changed or not.
Also, the resort seems to attract a lot of young families, not that there's anything wrong with that, but some of them during our visits weren't great about supervising their little kids. I say that as a mom.
Despite the few negatives, I still think it's a great resort, good value for the money, and on the best part of the beach. You just have to be aware of what you're getting. Good luck!
I wanted to add that we've stayed at this resort six times, and also recommended it to friends. A last note of caution: Many years ago, the resort took over a smaller hotel that was next door and made their rooms into suites.
These rooms are to the left of the hotel as you enter. They are close to the main road and not as nice as Coco's original suites.
