Mill Reef Club
Does anyone know anything about this place? I understand it is a private club, but have gotten mixed fedback on whether non-members can stay on the property or rent private homes there. Apart from the exclusivity factor, is it truly spectacular in any way?

We have friends who honeymooned there many, many years ago. Their two week stay was a gift from a homeowner there. That long ago, it was definitely an exclusive place--owners or by invitation only. Our friends loved their stay, but they went all over Antigua and to Montserrat & Barbuda, too, so I think it was more the island experience they enjoyed than the actual Mill Reef Club. With luck someone will have updated advice for you.

Great spot. Was just there yesterday as a guest of my wife. She is a member of the Colony Club (a ladies club in New York)and we were able to go because of the relationship the two clubs enjoy. Mill Reef is an amazing place and is reasonably priced. No TV, no phone, fabulous service and food that is all inclusive. Fairly formal - jackets and ties at night is the norm, but casual during the day (forget t-shirts, jeans, etc.). Really nice people. Club house has 40 or so rooms and 50 or so houses on the club's property. Some are increidbly fine homes. Nine holes of golf. Tennis. Croquet. 1,300 acres of the prettiest land in the Carribean. Go if you can.
