MELIA LAS AMERICAS

Searching for opinions about Melia Las Americas in Varadero. We are planning a trip with our sons, 22,20 and 17. Do you think this hotel is a good choice to stay with them?
Any recommendations will be greatly appreciated.

Rosy, have not stayed at that actual hotel but I have stayed at SolPalmeras (part of the same complex) in the past and really enjoyed it. The beach is pretty well the highlight of area. Best spot on the penninsula. Good international clientelle and fairly quiet. We were in Cuba this May (at a different resort) and had a great time....things have come a long way in Cuba.
