Well, our flight out is delayed so have another two hours to kill before the bus picks us up for the airport. Better to wait here at the resort than at the airport!
The weather was not great at the beginning of the week but these last two days have been gorgeous - highs of 30C+ and not a cloud in the sky! No wind at all and no wave action with the water being as smooth as glass and so clear you can see forever.
Beautiful resort with a very nice pool and lots of loungers.
The food at the buffet is as good as you can get in Cuba. The Italian restaurant (reservations required) is quite good but the International restaurant (ditto on the reservations) is spectacular.
Beautiful beach, great weather, friendly people and good food. Would definitely come back here again.

We talked and swapped advice before your trip to Cuba. Glad to hear that you have had a good time and will consider going back. Hope your SCUBA diving was all that you hoped for.
