Meditation and yoga Retreat in Caribbean or Costa Rica

Hello,

My boyfriend and I are in dire need of a relaxing vacation. We would like to have a place that has organic foods, meditation, yoga classes and snorkeling on the coast. We want to stay in the Caribbean, Central or South America.

If you have any recommendations that would be fantastic.

Kariwak Village in Tobago ... they also do a retreat in March every year

In the Puerto Vallarta Mexico area, I think it's more yoga (than meditation)?

This is the best yoga retreat I've ever done, they do a relaxing and amazing yoga trip in mexico, where the scenery is unique.
