Looking for Christmas sun !!

We are planning a family ( 6 adults )vacation between Christmas and New Years , and would love to hear from anyone who has stayed at the Paradisus Rio Del Oro in Holguin, as it was recommended to us.We would be looking for villa style accomodation, (not all together in 1 villa) but would like more than just a hotel room each. Are all the restaurants buffet?,as our preference would be a la carte for some of our meals. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
