Legendz's sports bar open for NFL championship games???
We are going to Grand Cayman, staying at Westin this coming Saturday. My husband and I are huge Eagles fans (GO EAGLES) and don't want to miss the NFC championship game. Does anyone know if Legendz is back open after the hurricane. Any other restaurant suggestions?

Try caymanrestaurants.com. Is it next to Eats? They were severely damaged and I don't think open yet. PLEASE let us know how your trip was. Many are anxious to hear how the island is progressing. Have a great time!

Thanks summer04 I've been on caymanrestaurants site frequently. Neither Eats or Legendz has an "O" by them indicating open but it said to check as their info. might not be totally up to date. Both Eats and Legendz websites do not indicate anything either way - open or closed since hurricane.

They are not open, but foks here on the island say that Aqua Bay (at the site of the old Pagoda) has a big screen and will be showing the NFL games this weekend. Here on North Side, we still have no cable so are dependent on folks with dish.

I know that you are on the island, so please give us an update on how things are there, especially the northside??? Have you been up to the Retreat?? How's progress going there? Thanks for any info.

Hi all,
Have been on the island for more than a week, and am still composing my thoughts to share with you. Sandy, there has been little progress at the Retreat. Talked to a friend who is an owner there, and they have not yet come to an agreement with the insurance adjustors. The one thing I can say is that everyone greets us with the same "Happy New Year - glad to see you again!" More later this week.
