Jamaica - with one 17-year-old... need suggestions, best for a single teen

Any help would be appreciated.... we are taking our 17-year-old daughter to Jamaica in July. She couldnt find a friend who could go, so she will be alone.

I am trying to find an all-inclusive resort that has a lot to do for teens and would hopefully have other teens she could meet and do things with at the resort. A bored teenager wouldnt be so great LOL

We are on a tight budget so it would have to be one of the less expensive ones - was looking at Sunset or one in that price range.

She wants to ride horses on the beach as well.

any advice from anyone who has been through this?
