ISO recs for high-end and high-chair-friendly meals in St. Martin

Was lucky enough to vacation in St. Martin every year for most of my youth, experiencing the nuances of Balinese food at the Wajang Doll and being taught the finer elements of french cuisine at Le Santal. After many years away, I rediscovered the Island (and introduced it to my wife) a few years back and had some fantastic meals at L'Estaminet, Mario's Bistro, Le Pressoir, Sol e Luna, Mai's Vietnamese, Poulet d'Orleans, Yvettes, and of course the Lolos. Now, with a two-year-old son in tow, we're headed back to the island later this month, and I'm looking for new recommendations, for both high-end and also high-chair-friendly spots. Did some searching on the board already, but I'm hoping that, based on the places listed above that I've enjoyed, the community will have some targeted suggestions. Will be staying in Oyster Pond, but have a car and will ALWAYS travel anywhere for a good meal. Thanks in advance!
