As much detail as possible please, we are going presidents week, which is one of the most expensive weeks. I appreciate all responses! Thank you!

We stay up the Flamands hillside in a rental Villa a couple of times a year but often walk down to Hotel Isle de France for tennis, spa, their restaurant, and a dip in the pool. Beautiful white sand Flamands Beach is the Island's widest--at Guanahani there is just a very small one. The area of Flamands is lovely and quaint. You can hike to snorkeling if you wish or up to the top of Ranch Flamands for really great views. Isle de France also has a spa that my wife loves. This place is high on romantic and the rooms are beautiful. Guananani is a little more isoalated out past Marigot --and not a walk friendly area. Either has place has an excellent level of service (and they should for those rates), but for location and ambiance we'd pick Isle de France...
Thanks for your input. We are deffinitely leaning towards Isle de France!
