From St. Lucia you can also go to St. Vincent/The Grenadines and Martinque. Your hotel may offer tours at their excursion desk.

There is a ferry that links St. Lucia with Guadeloupe and Dominica, but it's not a particular easy trip. On a clear day, you can see St. Vincent from the southwest coast of St. Lucia, but again, it's not a particularly cheap or easy trip.
