At the risk of being corrected and/or wrong, I think it's pronounced
kerr-a-sow. I know that's probably not technically correct, but I think it's close! I'm jealous, have fun!

Cure ah sow (sow pronounced like the pig!)

When I worked there, the natives pronounced it
coor-a-sow (the pig kind of sow)
