Honeymoon in Aruba-Whats the best resort/Hotel?

La Cabana is very family oriented. Try the Hyatt..It's expensive but it's your honeymoon!

Hi Tom,
My sister-in-law loved Aruba, but wasn't crazy about LaCabana. She stayed at LaCabana during Feb. school vacation and said it was loaded with kids and teens. My travel agent suggested the Americana, but I don't know anything about it. Filene's Basemant has great deals on it. Good luck! Ann

Hi. We went to Aruba on our honeymoon in 1992. We loved it there. Don't go all-inclusive too many nice restaurants to enjoy (unless you get a really good deal. We stayed at the Americana. They have a very nice facility. Great pool and the casino is very nice. I would recommend Aruba.

My suggestion is to stay at one of the nicer hotels. The Marriott, or the Hyatt (on the beach) or even the Sonesta downtown are all very nice. It doesn't pay to cheap out on the hotel. You will love Aruba! Congratulations!

I've made it there twice and stayed at the Americana both times. Pick a room facing south in either tower for a great view. The food is good, the facilities great and the staff is attentive. You can take a bus downtown, snorkel trips pick up right on the Americana beach and you can rent scooters at the hotel. Go and enjoy! Good luck.

Congratulations! I would suugest you check out the Wyndham. The hotel is really beautiful and I think it's definitely the best value for your money. Rooms are big and the facilities are gorgeous.
