Hello there from Canada. We are newlyweds (December 15th, 2012) that were married in Jamaica. We have just begun our journey together and have been to a few places. Mexico - Riviera Maya (loved it, lots to do and see), Cancun (didn't like it, found the same activities which were repetitive), Vegas (enjoyed, but we don't gamble but went skydiving, dune bugging in the desert). We enjoy going to different places as there is so much to see in this wonderful world. We are 38 and 42, so not so spring chickens but still enjoy life to the fullest, lol. THIS IS OUR DILEMMA: we would like an ALL-INCLUSIVE, white sand, turquoise water, cave exploring, cliff climbing, fishing, jungle 4x4ing, volcanos, river rafting, tubing, rainforests, waterfalls. We aren't into horseback riding, or biking or hiking, just aren't our things. We love trying new things and seeing the culture, we aren't the kind of couple who just sit on the beach, which in return would be nice for a couple of days downtime. Anyone have any ideas where we can go that would have a hut on the beach, or glass floors, just something fun and exciting and out of the ordinary everyday kinda vacation. We have been ziplining, scuba diving. Kinda been there done that. I hope this comes across the way Im wanting to explain. Just don't know where to go. PLEASE HELP, ANY ADVICE WOULD BE HELPFUL. We are looking to go beginning of July 2013

You won't find what you're looking for in Caribbean, will have to give some things up
or have you considered Hawaii?
Costa Rica, Roatan and Belize come to mind.
You definitely won't find these in the US Virgin Islands. One small thing- if you have volcanos, you won't have white sand. You might want to figure out which things are most important to you. Rivers and waterfalls require a mountainous island like Dominica. White sand and turquoise water require coral sand like in Anguilla or Anegada. And if you are adventurous, maybe all-inclusive isn't for you.
My first thought after Mexico and Jamaica, would be St. Lucia. It has mountains, waterfalls, jungle 4x4ing, volcanos, lots of activites and Island hopping to Martinque and St. Vincent and the Grenadines. It's also the best option if you insist on all inclusive resort, but I would not recommend any of the Sandals resorts there. However, the Sandals Grande has rondoval rooms on their beach. The beach and water there is not "white sand, turquoise water" though. Most Islands that are mountainous and volcanic have darker water and beaches. Also, look at Grenada or Dominca.
If you can forgo AI, Costa Rica would have almost everything you are looking for if you are willing to move locations about every 3-4 days. Puerto Rico is a good second option.

I'm with KVR. St. Lucia probably offers your best bet for what you're looking for. Check out the resorts on the south end of the island: Ladera, Anse Chastanet, Jade Mountain, Sugar Beach (formerly Jalousie). These are not all-inclusives but Anse Chastanet does offer an all-inclusive package and the others might as well.
Barbados might also offer some of what you're interested in.
FYI though, St. Lucia does not have white sand or turquoise water! BUT you could day trip to Grenedines (expensive but possible) especially Tobago Cays for your turquoise fix.
Actually St. Lucia does have white sand and turquoise water at Rodney Bay. It's on the north side of the island though and not the south. We stayed right on Reduit Beach so I'm familiar with the beach there.
We day-tripped to the Grenadines when we went to St. Lucia. That is some of the most beautiful water I've seen anywhere. And we just vacationed on Grenada, which is gorgeous.
