HELP WITH ST JOHN VILLA/ 15 YEAR OLD SON

GREETINGS FRIENDS~
DUE TO TRAGIC CIRCUMSTANCES, MY HUSBAND, SON AND I FIND OURSELVES SCRAMBLING FOR LAST MINUTE VILLAS NEAR CRUZ BAY FOR APRIL. IT WILL BE ONLY THE 3 OF US. WE WERE HOPING FOR EASY ACCESS TO CB (VILLA TEMPTRESS ON STEEP HILL??), A POOL AND SUNSET VIEWS. DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY FEEDBACK ON HAIKU, TEMPTRESS, WATERKLIP SUITE, ST JOHN PASSION, MARIA BREEZE, VILLA BEIJA FLOR, OR VILLA SOUTHERN EXPOSURE?
ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED. WE'VE STAYED AT GALLOWS POINT IN THE PAST, BUT DIDN'T BOOK THIS YEAR.
THANKS SO MUCH.

Greetings~
Narrowing it down.... Can anyone help with deciding between Haiku,Temptress, or St John Passion? I've never stayed in a villa, and the open air living room seems too cute to be practical (bugs?? heat??). Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks so much.

When are you going to St. John. I'm very familar with the island but those villas. Looking at their respective web sites I like Temptress. I have to have a pool and A/C bedrooms, everything else is a bonus. Temptress has a good location and it looks like the living room might have A/C. If going in the summer that would be the tipping point for me.

Hi Pulley!
We're actually going next week. I agree with you about the AC bedrooms & pool which is why I liked Temptress. I think it's pretty far up Rock Ridge Road. Do you know if that's a tough night drive?? We so enjoy Beach Bar.....Do you have any thoughts on Haiku and an open air living room???
Thanks for your reply!!

We rent LaPapaya at the top of Rock Ridge Road. It's an easy drive day or night. The first time or two it seems tough but it's not and you'll get used to it very quickly. I don't go for open living rooms because of the possibility of bugs.
