Help with picking our honeymoon!

Ok, so we've been married for 13 years, but we didn't get a honeymoon back then...I want one now! We own a timeshare on Cayman island but don't want to go there. Already been to to Aruba too. I've been looking at Bahamas, Cozumel, Jamaica, T &C and Cancun. Any suggestions on these places? Looking for great food, fun activities on the island, safe, and good snorkeling and scuba. I'm very excited to be going with NO CHILDREN!
Some resorts specifically that I've looked at:
Avalon Reef Club near Cancun
Pebbles Vacation Club or Franklyn D Resort in Jamaica
Paradise Island Beach Club in Bahamas
Alexandra Resort in T & C
Ocho Cascadas in Puerta Vallarta
Any of the Royal resorts in Cancun...Royal Caribbean, Royal Mayan...
Reef Village Vacation Club in Belize

We are trying to trade our timeshare within Interval Int. But if a good deal presents itself outside of that, we will check it out. I appreciate any suggestions...

Hi, we are also Interval members, here's a few places I have been which I think are good -- Paradise Village Resort in Puerta Vallarta, Marriott St. Kitts, Alexandra Resort in T & C (seen it but not stayed there but the beach in T & C is absolutely gorgeous). The Royal Resorts are also known to be decent; Ocho Cascadas I do not think is on the beach; I would avoid Avalon Reef Club, Pebbles, Franklyn D, Paradise Island Beach Club they are not highly rated. Are you familiar with the Timeshare Users group? (www.tug2.net -- I think) for a membership of $25 for three years you can have access to all the reviews of the timeshare resorts. There are also some resorts in Playa Del Carmen Mexico (south of Cancun) that are good.

My two favorite spots of those you mention are PV/mexico and Negril/Jamaica.

I really love the Puerto Vallarta area (it's not on your first list, but Ocho Cascadas is on the second list).

There are also some wonderful places on the beautiful 7-mile beach in Negril Jamaica (90 mins. from the Montego Bay airport).

Thank you for the feedback! I think my husband is determined to go to Cozumel. Know anything about the resorts there? I know II doesn't have any resorts there in their group, so we will just oay for it outright. I appreciate the help!!

Cozumel is not noted for great resorts

Used to do Interval International exchange

with my condos lots are substandard

check reviews on TripAdvisor carefully

believe the bad ones.

Playa Del Carmen www.xel-ha.com best for action snorkel Mexico

Negril area in Jamaica my #2 choice.

Snorkel terrible in Mexico on the pacific side avoid.

I am SO confused. I didn't really like Cozumel the more I looked at it, so i told my husband nope, not going there. I looked at Ambergise Caye in Belize. REALLY liked that island. Now he is saying he wants to take kids with us and stay 2 weeks somewhere and he's wanting All Inclusive. I'm beyond having a migraine right now. I have looked at Cancun (really don't want to go there) Dominican Republic, and Bahamas. looking for a large AI so we will have lots of food choices. Stayed in Aruba at Tamarijn and while it was okay, we know better now. Looking for a Kids club of some kind, good snorkeling and diving...great RATES. I need serious help...I appreciate all the feedback!
