Help please! I am planning a 4 night girls weekend for 3 friends in Sept or Oct '08. We are flying from Boston, Charlotte and Atlanta and are hoping for non-stop flights from all to a Carribean destination. Can anyone suggest a location? We were thinking Bermuda, but during that timeframe Charlotte needs a connection. Any ideas?

how about Aruba? great beaches, nice resorts, upscale, safe, nice restaurants, perfect year round weather, plenty of nightlife with casinos, bars, etc.
America West offers non stop from Boston, CLT also offers non stop on America West, United and US air to Aruba, not sure but I think Delta offers non stop from ATL as well.
Bermuda will be too cool in Sep/Oct.
if you decide on bahamas - it will not be too cool! avg temps should range 78-93. water temps will be the warmest of the season.

atlanta (delta) and charlotte (usair) can go non-stop to cancun. boston will stop in miami. this is a great spot as you could stay in cancun, go out to cozumel or isla mujeres or head down the coast towards playa del carmen. great beaches, loads of activities, and lots of all-inclusives.
or charlotte (delta) & atlanta (air jamaica or delta)to montego bay, jamaica non-stop with boston (american with 45 min lay-over) stopping in miami again.
jamaica, aruba & cancun all have tons to do and places to go out at night. bahamas will be a much quieter and more laid back vacation.
Cayman
BOS (USAir)
CLT (USAir)
ATL (DL)
I love St. John. You can get a non-stop to St. Thomas from any of the airports you mentioned. We go to St. John almost every Sept/Oct and it's beautiful and quiet.
Try Turks and Caicos, I know there are direct flights from Boston and Charlotte
