I am trying to decide between two resorts that cater to adults and children age 3.
I have looked at the Club Med in Punta Cana and it seems to have a good resort (great prices, big rooms) and it gears to children, but I am very worried about the language barrier. I like the option of all inclusive with a child because lets face it, we know how kids are with food, etc.
The other option is St. Kitts Marriott. It comes with a higher price tag and is not inclusive. They say they have a kids club, but I don't know if it is well organized yet since they are new. Does anyone have any experience there?
To top it all off, I am pregnant. Should I worry about food (and getting sick) in either location?
Please help!

I'm confused -- if you go to Punta Cana are you planning to explore? If not, you have no reason to be concerned about a language barrier or the food at a Club Med. All of the Club Med staff will speak english, and assuming you book your flight with them they will take care of your transportation to and from the resort.
I have just read so many people talk about getting sick there after a week. Also, I have read on other posting boards that the GO's at the Kids Club's speak mostly French and Spanish...as well as the kids. That is my only concern.
Thanks for your response.
