Help please!!Finally booking honeymoon in 2 hours. Is the beach okay at Tamarind Cove? Have read conflicting reports (more)

We'd like to stay at Glitter Bay or Royal pavillion but not sure we can afford it. I just want to make sure we can swim in the water at TC. I read somewhere there are rocks when you get knee deep, but it sounds like out of the Elegant Chain hotels it has the nicest beach. Can anyone provide me with any info?
