My husband and I plan on taking our 2 adult children and their spouses on a 1 week vacation between Christmas '10 and January 2nd 2011. We want warm weather, snorkeling, maybe some hiking and exploring, birding or animal watching. An AI might be ideal because it would eliminate discussions on where to eat. Belize sounds great, but we might run into rainy, chilly weather. CR is out, we have all been there. Dominica sound fantastic, would be my choice, but it takes a long time to get there (we come from AZ, IN, PA). Any thoughts or advice on Panama?
