We are looking for honeymoon destinations and we have our sights set on Bermuda. We saw that March is not beach season, but we are from the south, so 70 degrees sounds great to us. Is it really to chilly to consider Bermuda a good destination in March?

Lived there for 5 years. March is probably the most unpredicatable month. It's the transition between winter and summer - it can be gorgeous and 70's, and it can be breezy, cool and wet.
I'd say it depends on what kind of activities you want. If you're considering watersports, beach swimming, then no. It's still off-season, so the tour operators, jet ski trips, snorkelling won't be up and running yet, and the water is still too cool to be comfortable imo. But if you're thinking of hiking the beach trails, exploring the forts, playing golf, shopping and just sightseeing, the chance of cooler weather would be a plus to me. And you won't be dealing with the hordes of other tourists yet, the cruise ships won't be docking yet and you should still get off-season rates at the hotels. Congratulations on your wedding!
Thanks!
