Hey Guys!
I need your advice. I have work offers from both turks and caicos and Grenada.. I would just like to hear from all of you about the advantages and disadvantages of Living and Working on both islands..
Please help me decide.
I am single and will be traveling alone.
I came from a tropical country so weather is not a problem. I think the biggest factor I would consider is cost of living, safety and people.
Thanks!
Grenada vs Turks and Caicos

Granada lower cost of living more to do dodgier
Provodenciales way safer for solo female.
Not sure about your age, but Grenada has a medical school with students from many countries. So there would be an "ex-pat" scene and that might be an advantage during your adjustment period.

It features absolutely wonderful photos by an American who's working as a photographer in Grenada while his Trinidadian wife attends med school. His photos provide a vivid chronicle of life on the island.
We've visited Grenada three times as tourists and love it for its beauty and the friendliness of its people.
thank you very much for your replies
Hi,
I've been living and working in Grenada for more than 6 years now. I'm assuming you may be working in the hospitality industry? Grenada is a beautiful place, friendly people and I would say it depends a bit on your personal interests for your leisure time. I don't know Turks & Caicos, but Grenada may not be for you if you are looking for a lot of exciting nightlife and partying. If you're a nature lover and enjoy a quiet, simple life, you would be in the right place. I have always felt very safe in Grenada. If you would like to exchange more information, you can contact me on facebook.
Wherever you decide to go, I hope you will have a great time.
i see.
