Grand Cayman: Bioluminescent Kayaking

Has anyone taken the Bio-Bay Tour (bioluminescent kayaking) with Cayman Kayaks?

"See Cayman in a new light, and explore one of nature's best kept secrets! A short kayak ride is rewarded with a rare and enchanting display of underwater lights. Bioluminescence, or light created by plants and creatures, occurs all over the world but rarely in such spectacular concentration. We plunge our hands and feet into the sea and watch tiny spangles of light illuminate our skin."

It's a 1 to 1.5 hour tour for $59 per adult.

This sounds like an interesting experience to me, and I'll be visiting in early July 2011, one of the available times because of the new moon. However, I only have 4 days/3 nights on Grand Cayman, and because my aim for this vacation is rest and relaxation, I'm not sure that I want to give up one night to do it. I'm interested in hearing from others who have tried it, and whether they feel it was worthwhile. The only other place I've heard of this activity is in Puerto Rico on the northeastern coast (near Fajardo if I remember correctly), but I wasn't there during the right moon phase to try it during my last visit.
