Which courses in Bermuda can the public make tee times on. We will be cruising on the Veendam (Holland America) in April and will be there 4 days. We want the best courses possible - husband is a 2 handicap.

Your choices for public courses are Belmont Hills, Ocean View and Port Royal. PR is where the PGA recently held a Grand Slam event; it's just undergone a major renovation and upgrade. The Southampton Fairmont hotel has a very pretty par-3 course that's public as well.
I know that if you're a guest a some of the hotels here, the concierge can get you tee times at the private clubs. I wonder if there's someone onboard your ship that can do the same? (Those would be Riddell's Bay, Mid-Ocean and Tucker's Point.)
