We are staying on Grace Bay. Is there anywhere we can buy fresh seafood to cook ourselves? Is there a fruit or vegatable stands anywhere on island ?

Almost everything is imported.
Around 3:30 you can go to Five Cays Fishery to get fresh fish (and lobster when in season). But get good directms, it's really out of the way. If on leeward hwy going back to airport, next to Island Pride supermarket there's a guy in a red truck that sells fresh fish in the parking lot.
As for fresh veggies, not many, but IGA on Leeward hwy has some fresh stuff from North Caicos, nt much though.

Every Saturday at the Red Cross building on Leeward Highway near the roundabout at Suzy Turn is a local market where they sell the produce grown in North Caicos.
There are three major farms in North at the moment where they are raising pigs, chickens, eggs, tomatoes, sweet potatoes, corn, sugar cane...
