Fox Rent A Car in Montego Bay Jamaica

Jump to last reply

Do not rent a car from Fox Rentals in Montego Bay Jamaica.

I rented a car for one week in January, 2012, and got a car that would not pass safety tests in North America. My rental car had NO shocks, ALL tires were in bad shape. One tire in particular had no firmness to it, and busted FOUR times on me. I spent 4 hours at a tire shop getting the tires fixed. As well, all four rims were worn with the amount of times they have been hammered out. There were other problems with the car, too many worth mentioning.

This company has the worst customer service. AFTER I had taken the time to explain in great detail what the issues were, Fox rep just said "Sorry for the inconvenience". Their version of customer service is pathetic and I am so disgusted with their lack of attention.

Please listen to me and do not rent from these people. Yes, they may offer a SLIGHTLY lower price, but pay an extra $5 more to get something else.
