Flights from Puerto Rico, Bahamas or St. Kitts & Nevis?

Hi!
I'm trying to find ways to Havana from these other Caribbean islands. Anyone has any clue which airlines fly to Havana or if there are other alternative ways of getting there from the Caribbean?
