First Time- Brisas Del Caribe

We are going to Brisas del caribe in one week. Any suggestions about the hotel would be great...
IE - Food (we are vegetarians, but will eat fish)
- Day trips
- anything!

Hi,

My husband and I have booked to visit Havana & Varadero in May of next year and our stay in Varadero will be in the Brisas Del Caribe - any information would be gratefully received!!

There was a group of 14 of us that stayed at the Brisas Del Caribe in January 2000. January is a little cool there. The days werent bad but the evenings you needed a sweater. The resort is beautiful, lush and on a very nice beach. I found the food to be good but others in our group didnt find it the greatest. Its all a matter of taste. If you are picky then you will find it OK. There was a lot of selection and the beach grill was very good. If you go ask to have a room near the pool or in the main complex. We were in the back complex and it was a fair walk to the restaurants and the beach. I hope this helps. Bye
