Hello. I've seen conflicting info about whether or not a ferry still runs from SMB or West Bay to Rum Point. Does anyone know if it is still operational? Thanks.

No ferry anymore. Hurricane Ivan didn't like it. Now you need to drive there our find a tour that has a stop there. Native Ways has a jet ski tour with a stop at Rum Point, as do some other tour ops.
Thanks, everyone. I was looking into Native Ways. It looks good. But a free cruise to dinner at Rum Point sounds like fun, too. I'm assuming it goes to Rum Point Club?
you may be thinking of kaibo yacht club. the red sail boat goes to the rum point dock. there is a nice restaurant just up from the pier. http://www.caymangoodtaste.com/restaurants_detail.asp?restaurantID=181
another interesting place for dinner is the now on seven mile roland's garden. http://www.caymangoodtaste.com/restaurants_detail.asp?restaurantID=225

and we had a nice lunch on the deck at guy harvey's (as well as a look around his gallery next door) http://guyharveysgrill.com/
Red Sail does have a free boat trip leaving from the Safe Haven dock to ferry folks from the Seven Mile Beach area over to their restaurant for dinner at the Rum Point Club. It is not however, a shuttle service for non-dinner guests.
