ferry from Nevis to St. Kitts
I have taken the ferry from St. Kitts to Nevis and am trying to see if it runs on Sunday's, as that is the day that we are supposed to go from Nevis to St. Kitts, this time. I know this answer has been given, but I can't seem to find it.
Thanks.
Thanks.

Yes, the ferry runs on Sunday. You can check schedule here:

Do, however, call to confirm departure times a day or so before your planned trip as times can change.

Thank you ever so much....Not a ton of options like weekdays have, huh? I have taken the Winair b/n the 2 islands before, but I get so frustrated over the wait, as they never leave or arrive on schedule. (Not that the ferry did either) I guess I am a tad bit nervous over transferring b/n islands on a Sunday.
Thanks again for the information. I suppose that if I planned out every second, it would be a very boring vacation.

Santa - I thing the price you quoted is not correct (or perhaps based on a per person rate. Oualie Watersports website show the trip to Turtle Beach is $75 one-way for up to 4 people and $20 for each additional person. The also offer service to Port Zante (Basseterre) but don't quote a price for the basic trip (obviously an oversite by the page designer) except to say there's a maximum of 6 passengers and additional passengers (whatever that may mean) are charged $25 each. For what it is worth I took the trip once and was the only passenger - was charged $125. Here's the web-site: www.fishnevis.com/services

Thanks for the water taxi information. Actually, when we leave Nevis (we are staying at Oualie), we will be headed to St. Kitts for 5 nights, so we only need a one-way ticket.
I like having options.

A_Traveler, you are correct with your information.
There is also a '
A_Traveler, you are correct with the information for the taxi service provided at FishNevis.
Many folks staying at Nisbet or Four Seasons use their service.
I was refering to another service provided by local Ras Tambo and his 18 ft boat Destiny.

He is also based out of the Oualie area.
I am not sure of the exact charge, but it seemed resonable and adventuresome!
Note:
I've only drank with him at the bar, but he is seaworthy!
