What are your favorite restaurants? I know that Grand Case is loaded with them, but would love specific suggestions for good restaurants all over the island!

What types of food are you looking for? Some of my favorites are Bamboo Bernies (sushi), Le Marrakech (Moroccan), Pineapple Pete's (American), Lal's (Indian), Wajang Doll (Indonesian), L'Escapade (French), Yvette's (Creole). There are just so many to choose from.

We'll be there for 2 weeks and eating out most nights, so a variety is good! Fresh fish is always our most favorite!, a good steak now and then, and I'm intrigued by your other suggestions! Good service, places on the beach or outside, maybe some entertainment, local food!!!

LeShore in Grand Case is very good. La California, not as much. Best bakery/breakfast sandwich type place is L'ile Flottante also in Grand Case. Crepes and croissants to die for. Much better than the more famous Sarafina's in Marigot. And Talk of the Town Lolo in Grand Case is wonderful.
