ethnic food

Hi, i am currently doing a school project and need some help from jamaicans that know.

I need to know if your country regularly consume any of these products and if they call them differently: aloe vera, boniato, calabaza, chayote, coconut, eddoes, malanga, Ñame, yellow yam and yuca.

Also i need to know which holidays do you celebrate and if there is any specific holiday where you consume these products? and any recipe that includes them?

thank you!
