The ESJ Towers are in the heart of Isla Verde, a major tourist area of Puerto Rico. They are nice and adjacent the El San Juan Hotel. There is plenty to do there, i.e. good beach which is jammed during the month of June with young, pretty local college students, wearing their "string" bikinis. The El San Juan & Hotel Sands have lots of activities, i.e. casino, discos, shows, restaurants, shops, pools, etc... This area of the city is very crowded and the traffic on Isla Verde Avenue can be horrendous; especially on weekends and evenings. I've never stayed at the ESJ Towers (I live in Puerto Rico) but I've heard they are great. Be sure to see a cockfight--across the street from ESJ Towers and dine at the Metropol (Cuban restaurant). Have a good trip.
