Epping Forest Bed and Breakfast

We're looking at staying at Epping Forest B&B in May of 2008 and wondered if anyone has any experience staying there. It looks great, and the price is right in our range. We're don't have to be right on the beach but would like to have close access to one. We're more interested in taking in the local culture and doing some self guided (or Mandoo guided) exploration. Thanks!
