Electrical adaptor/converter for Curacao?

I know that electricity in Curacao is 110 - 130 volts/50 Hertz, which is similar but not identical to the North American standard.

Do I need to bring a converter along to ensure the appropriate voltage.

Also, do they use the typical North American plugs (flat) or the European plugs (round) which would require an adaptor?

Thanks,

Darryl
