Economical Caribbean vacation

We would like to get away the beginning of December for a week to someplace warm, beaches, relaxing, picturesque and the best value for our money. We have previously been to St. Maarten, Jamaica, and the Dominican Republic. We enjoy condos or rentals, airfare is not a concern.
Can someone suggest a reasonable getaway that won't break the bank?
Thanks for any help or direction you can give us.

Sorry, my first time using this forum. I didn't mean to restrict to the VI.

Without know what not "breaking the bank" means to you it's hard to make recommendations. Tell us what your budget is for food and lodging.

In general, if you are relistic in your expectations you can find accomodations in almost any price range on most islands. You should know, the beginning of December is still considered either "low season" or "shoulde season" by many resorts so you'll find lower prices than you would in "high season" (usually mid-December until after Easter).

Pick your island and do some basic research - you should be able to find a resort in your price range (whatever that might be).

Try Agape Cottages Cane Garden Bay on Tortola, British VI. Comfortable, affordable, beautiful views, easy walk to great beach with bars, restaurants. Lovely sunsets...a great vacation!

Again, Dec. Stay south for better weather.

We've been trying to not "break the bank" in the Caribbean for 20 years and we always spend more than we thought we would. It keeps calling us back and we spend what we have to to get our "blue water fix".

USVI Tourism is having a HUGE promotion. I don't think you can beat 25 cents a night (for 3 nights) & you can stay during the first part of December but book quickly.

I meant to add on that you can stay longer but at regular rates.
