Eastern Caribbean on a Budget?

I was wondering if anyone knows where 2 university grads can stay on the islands of Grenada, Trinidad, Tobago and St. Vincent. We were hoping to find places under $50/night. Also, any other budget minded advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
