if you've never been to aruba & know nothing about it - well i'm just curious - why do you want dual-citizenship?
I want dual citizenship because i have been to aruba a # of times, and i plan on moving there in just a couple of years
ok now i'm jealous. would love to move to islands!
good luck
You have to be born in Aruba and have at least one Aruban/Dutch parent to be entitled to obtain Aruban Citizenship. You can apply for a Dutch Passport only after living legally on the Island of Aruba as a resident for 10 years or more and you must be able to speak Dutch. The Queen of the Netherlands has to approve it, not Aruba.
