Do we need to reserve a ride from airport?

Will be going to the Lodge Kura Hulanda, in the Westpunt area?. How much will a taxi cost, or are there better options? Are the taxis readily available?
Also, if we want to rent a car for a day or two, can anyone recommend a company?
