Cuba + Salsa = ?

I’ve really been getting into my Cuban salsa lately and have been taking lessons to try and train both my left feet ;)

Anyway, this summer I thought I’d be fun to throw myself in at the deep end and try getting some lessons in Cuba itself. So my question is this: Is it easy to find proper clubs for salsa in Cuba with decent teachers and dancers, or is it all a tourist novelty? Has anyone been? Can anyone advise?
