Can anybody suggest a good 5 day itinerary in Cuba? We would love to spend a couple of days in Havana, but then get "out" somewhere as well. Even biking would be an option. Unfortunately, we only have 5 days.
Any suggestions re: accomodation would also be helpful.

Trip Ideas
I think you could easily spend the whole five days in Havana. The Ernest Hemingway farm at Cojimar is a worthwhile day trip.
We recently spent two weeks in Cuba, split between Havana and Coco Cayos. Given the chance again, we would devote more time to Havana.
The Cuba de Nacional is surely THE place to stay in Havana. Rather tired and run down grand old hotel, but after the initial shock, this place grows on you. Absolutely oozing with atmosphere. If we return to Havana, and I hope we do, then we will certainly stay again at The Nacional.
