I can recommend two excellent guides for Antigua and St. Lucia.
Antigua; tourguidegordon@gmail.com
St. Lucia: spencerambrose1990@hotmail.com.
We used them last summer and both are top notch guys.
In St. Kitts you can rent snorkel equipment on South Frigate Bay, at Shipwreck Beach on South Friars and at Reggae Beach Bar on Cockleshell.
