Credit Card Alert

Credit Card Warning: Admin: Please keep this post up.


On behalf of the restaurant “Paris Bistro” located in Maho which is no longer open for business, This notice is to let our past customers know that if they had drinks or dined with us between the months of late January 2013 and late May of 2013 and used a credit card for payment.
During these months we had to go though a process of a manual handwriting a credit card slip and requesting ID from all of our customers, and if they notice that credit slip or any back statements or charges to “Sopranos” on their statement when they did not visit that establishment and/or they actually dined in Paris Bistro, then they are entitled to a full refund at any time.
To be clear, there is no legal affiliation between “Sopranos” and “Paris Bistro” and these charges would be fraudulent.
This would be a dispute you would have to put on these charges to your credit card company but you are completely entitled to do so due to this illegal act that was occurring at that time. We regret if this inconveniences any of our past patrons, but we believe that it is fair to let you know of this issue and we want you to be fully refunded and satisfied.
Also, there are no statute of limitations on this issue either so this can be disputed at any time due to our findings.
