We could get a package deal to Coccoloba from Boston but no packages seem to be available to the other hotels. If these hotels are overly expensive, then we may consider Swept Away in Jamaica. Plase advise.
Coccoloba, Malliouhana, or Frangipani?

Carol-You should post this again as your question has to do with Jamaica. Ask about Swept Away. You should also go to a travel agent. Good-luck!
Carol you were given lots of good advice under your DEA name on the Anguilla forum. Make up your mind! If you want all inclusive and do not care about language barriers and family stuyle dining , great beach, English speaking staff and inexpensive go to Coccoloba, hey Tom Cruise and His ex. did many years ago. If you want anothe beautiful hotel on a drop dead beach go to Frangipani. On Anguilla you can go all over the island with the guard dogs, guard houses and security you find on Jamaica. Anguilla does not need any all inclusives to draw in the tourists, thank heavens. If you love Jamacia GO. Make up you mind> No matter where you choice-onece you do that you should be happy!!
I'm new at this so I apologize for the multiple questions. Our experience at Caneel Bay in St. John was fabulous but that was for our honeymoon; now we would like to be more financially conservative but would still like to be at a wonderful property. Thank you for your input.
We have stayed at Caneel Bay many times and love it. I do love their beaches, Scott and Paradise, prefer to dine in Cruz Bay. I do think the hotel has become very very pricey. A few years ago we were told at Cap Juluca that we would love Caneel so thats why we tried it. Anguilla is flat and arid and very easy to get around. The beaches are beautiful and there are lots and lots of places to dine. I know Frangipani has a big following and it is a very nice hotel. It is one medium sized building and lots of privacy on what I consider to be one of Anguilla'best beaches. I would not hestitate to stay there.
We have never been to Jamacia, might give it a try someday, it does get alot of bad press, attitude etc. Hope this helps!
