CLUB MED VARADERO,CUBA:tell me about this resort

I would like to hear a response form someone who has stayed at this resort in particular. i love the club med concept, and i am not interested in hearing about other club med villages, just this one of varadero. i guess i would like the answer to the following questions:
1- quality of service and facility(i heard this one is one of Club Meds finest resorts, how great is it?
2-Age groups of GMs(gentile members)and type of atmosphere.
3-Average Cost of drinks per person per week
4-Optional excursions outside the village. any suggestions???
5-Quality of watersports,types of sports available?? level of instruction available

6-The cigar bar comments???
7-Entertainment.how good are the shows, what kind of shows???
8-the night club???
9-any general comments about the hotel in general.
