Choosing Between Bermuda and St. Maarten/ St. Martin

Jump to last reply

We are in the process of choosing an island destination for our much awaited honeymoon. We are planning on going for 4th of July weekend for 3 nights/4 days. However, we are facing a big dilemma choosing between Bermuda (I know it's not in the Caribbean but also a beautiful island) and St. Martin. We are a young couple and are looking for a relaxing place but still with stuff to do. Some activities would be- beautiful beaches to lounge on, great bars/food/cuisine, lively nightlife and some water related activities such as snorkeling and maybe scuba diving (which we have done before).

It will be an added bonus if the place has some great architecture/history to explore. Any help choosing between these two islands would be much appreciated. Thank you in advance!
