I stayed at this hotel 2 years ago. There are two sections, the hotel and club section. Both are nice, but hotel section rooms have a little more flare to them. Hope you are not modest, because there are no doors on the bathroom ! My then boyfriend, who is now my husband, made me take long walks on the beach or at least go out on the patio !! The pools there were fantastic, winding through the resort. Food was bland, but I went expecting the worst. Be careful of beach BBQ, as they tend to leave it a little bloody. We ate pizza at one of the poolside cafes, and lots of turkey burgers. Rum slushies were yummy. The best part of the resort is the beach. Wide open beaches, with the whitest, softest sand I have ever seen. Cuba has great beaches in general. It was calm some days and a little wavy on others. Enjoy your trip.
