Caye Caulker long term rentals

We are planning a stay in Caye Caulker, Belize from the end of this Sept to December while we are researching properties for a possible business. We are looking for a home to rent for the three months at around $1000 per month or less Usd that would sleep two people, a husband and wife.......We have family in Belmopan but would rather stay on the island. Any help would be appreciated.
