Cancun restaurants post-Wilma

Hi, i am looking for a restaurant in cancun for Christmas dinner. I am trying to find a nice restaurant that will be open in time for Christmas. We are staying in the hotel zone and would like a restaurant in that same area. Please give me any suggestions. We were there for Christmas two years ago and for Christmas dinner my dad chose a restaurant where the waiters brought shots to the table and put a pan on your head and banged it. I am hoping to find a nice, fancy restaurant suitable for a nice Christmas dinner.

Also, if you know of any good restaurants in Cancun, even if not for xmas, that are open now, i would love to hear about them. Thanks.
