We are looking for a location in the Caribbean for 3 weeks in January-Feb 2013 where we can have available fly fishing for bonefish on a daily basis and not too much danger of cold spells, We would like a place with a/c and wi-fi where we can exit our room right on the beach, Any suggestions?

Best bonefishing in the world is suppose to be in the Bahamas Out-islands such as the Exumas, Long Island and the Abacos. Trouble is they could be subject to "cold spells" in January/February since they are technically in the Atlantic not the Caribbean.
Turks & Caicos has some decent bone fishing and are somewhat further south so temperatures will be a bit warmer but there's still a chance it could be somewhat cooler than islands in the Caribbean "proper".
Anegada in the BVI's (good chance of being warm n January or February) has some bonefishing but the island is quite remote and may not have the most reliable internet service, let alone WiFi.
Barbuda is smack dab in the center of the Caribbean so it will be warm and has access to bone fishing but this island is also very remote so don't expect great internet service.
t&c is a very good option. http://www.turksandcaicos.tc/fishing/index.htm
southern maya riviera (tulum) is good especially in the sian ka'an vicinity.
belize would be hot for sure. you might look at http://www.tflats.com/belize-vacations/turneffe-island-belize
